Shipping Policy
Origin: South Korea (Wonju)
We typically ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. As all items are made to order, some pieces may take more than 10 business days to ship, and back-order items can take up to 8 weeks.
Shipping cost covers postage, handling, transaction fees, and PayPal fees.

K-Packet Notes
- Tracking is provided, but some countries (Europe, Canada, Australia) do not fully support international priority air mail tracking. For complete tracking, we recommend EMS or FedEx.
- We are not responsible for unsecured or uninsured packages.
EMS Restrictions
EMS does not deliver to the following countries:
Italy, South Africa, New Caledonia, Dominica, Lebanon, Réunion Island, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Swaziland, Uruguay, Central African Republic, Colombia, Puerto Rico (USA), Guam (USA).
We require the customer's phone number for delivery purposes.
FedEx Restrictions
- Available worldwide except Russia (Russia does not allow international parcels addressed to individuals).
- We require the customer's phone number for delivery updates.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship with some items missing if those items are still in production — this can occur without prior notice.
- Missing items will be shipped separately via K-Packet once ready.
- No additional shipping fee for the second package (unless you upgrade to EMS).
Customs and Import Duties
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
For tracked shipments, please allow up to 30 days from the ship date before claiming a lost package. Contact our customer service team and we will work with the carrier to resolve.
